Who should I appoint as my Enduring Guardian?

Choosing someone to appoint as your Enduring Guardian is a major decision. The person you appoint will legally be able to make decisions related to your financial and legal affairs on your behalf. Therefore, it is crucial that you carefully consider who you wish to appoint.

Choose someone who best understands your values and wishes, and has the skills to make the best decisions for you. You may wish to appoint your spouse, a family member, relative or friend. However, they need to be over 18 years old.

The decision is yours – once you’ve decided on who you’d like to appoint as your Enduring Guardian, give us a call on (02) 9687 8885 and we can take you through the process.
